摘    要:随着国家积极推进煤炭行业去产能,寻找支撑产业、实现产业绿色转型成为矿区生存与发展的新课题。以申家庄煤矿转型建设特色小镇为案例,基于其产业转型PMIF框架和SWOT分析,从产业定位、原则和“光伏+”全产业链设计3方面详细解构其绿色产业体系,探索矿区践行产业绿色转型和发展循环经济的新思路与新模式。

Abstract:As coal industry cut excessive capacity is actively promoted, change support industry and conduct green industrial transformation is the last solution to survival and development for the coal mines. Take Shenjiazhuang coal mine as an example, based on the RMIF analysis frame and SWOT analysis, this study clarifies the change train of thought on the development mode and the power, industrial structure, economic benefits and regional competition and cooperation. With the study on industry positioning, principles, and the design of the whole PV+ industry chain, industrial green transformation system framework is deconstructed in detail. By mining the transformation path and the realization of circular economy, explore new ideas and new pattern for the mining enterprises to practice green industrial transformation and circular economy.
