摘    要:根据社会燃烧理论,区域创新系统助燃剂是区域创新系统衰退的催化剂,其直观反映为区域创新系统的心理水平。基于社会燃烧理论设计了区域创新系统心理水平测度指标,依据基尼系数构建了系统心理水平测度模型。运用该模型测度了2014年中国内地31个省市自治区的区域创新系统心理水平,并将其划分为心理水平良好区、稳定区和劣化区。研究结果表明:RIS心理水平值存在且不同区域心理水平值不尽相同;RIS心理水平值越低,对RIS衰退的催化作用越强;不同的RIS发展阶段引起心理水平变化的原因不同。在此基础上,给出了提升区域心理水平的对策建议。

Abstract:According to the social combustion theory, psychological level of regional innovation system is a catalyst for the recession of regional innovation system whose intuitive reflect is psychological level for the regional innovation system. Based on the theory of social combustion ,the index of measuring psychological level of regional innovation system was designed, and mainly on the basis of the Gini Coefficient, the psychological level measurement model was constructed. The psychological levels of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China in 2014 were measured using this model and were divided into good, plateau and degradation area. Main results: RIS psychological level exists and different psychological level in different regions o; The lower RIS psychological level is, the stronger the catalysis of the regional innovation system recession is; The reasons that Lead to the change of the psychological level are different in different stages of development of RIS .Based on this, the measurement to enhance the level of psychological are given.
