The Recognition Method and Research on Practical Cases of Factors which Influent Science and Technology Resources flowed to the Intelligence-Intensive Enterprise

Science and technology resources is the source and guarantee of enterprise innovation, how to make the enterprise effective access to science and technology resources, the smooth flow of science and technology resources to the enterprise internal, is the key problem of enterprise.
