| 摘 要： | 在可持续发展背景下，绿色管理被引入工程建设领域，绿色工程项目管理实施和发展成为必然趋势。从政府、消费者、项目组织3个维度探讨绿色工程项目管理发展影响因素，结合层次分析法对绿色工程项目管理整体发展环境进行具体分析，并针对其中的突出问题提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | In the context of sustainable development, green management has been introduced into the field of engineering construction, the implementation and development of green engineering project management has become inevitable. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of green engineering project management from the three dimensions of government, consumer and project organization, analyzes and grasps the overall development environment of green engineering project management according to the analytic hierarchy process, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the problems which are highlighted. |
