摘    要:在数字化时代,企业最重要的能力是设计和实现以数据资产为核心的商业模式。首先,围绕商业模式的核心要素——客户价值主张和运营模式,总结了数字化时代商业模式转型路径的理论框架。其次,借鉴数字化时代的4种典型商业模式,结合沈阳机床发展历程,对企业的商业模式类型和特征进行了分析。再次,从数字化使能的客户价值主张重塑和运营模式再造两个维度,分析了沈阳机床商业模式转型的动因和路径。最后,基于案例分析,围绕数字化能力、转型过程和转型结果,提出了数字化使能的商业模式转型理论模型。

Abstract:Foremost among capabilities of enterprises for the digital age is the ability to design and deliver new business models which take data as the core asset.First,the theoretical framework of business model transformation process for the digital age is summarized around customer value proposition and operation model.Second,according to the four typical business models in digital age,the business model types and characteristics of Shenyang machine tool corporation are analyzed based on its development process.Third,the business model transformation dynamics and process of Shenyang machine tool corporation is analyzed from the two dimensions of digital enabled customer value proposition and operation model reshaping.In the end,based on the case study,the business model transformation theoretical model in digital age is put forward around digital capabilities,transformation process and transformation outcome.
