微观视角下创新生态系统研究:概念与界定

创新理论正从创新系统范式和相关产业政策开始向创新生态系统范式转变。然而,创新环境的复杂性和自上而下政策的单一性,促使学者自下而上地进行微观视角研究。区分微观创新生态系统与企业创新生态系统之间的关系,并对宏观、中观、微观创新生态系统3个层次进行了重新划分,对理论发展和创新治理具有一定启示作用。

Research on Innovation Ecosystem from the Microcosmic Perceptive:Concept and its Definition

From Innovation System Paradigm to Innovation Ecosystem Paradigm, innovation theory and corresponding policies have made a big shift. However, the contradictions and challenges between the complexity of innovation environment and the simplicity of up to down policies urge us to turn fora down to up way, which means a micro-cosmic perceptive thinking. After distinguishing micro-innovation system and enterprise-innovation-system, we reclassify the three levels (macro, medium, micro),and gain some theoretical development and innovation governance as well.
