摘    要:在开放式创新背景下,企业技术创新活动嵌入在外部网络中进行。然而,现有文献对于网络嵌入如何影响技术创新,缺乏相应研究及一致性结论。结合突破性技术创新颠覆性、高度不确定、高度资源依赖等特质,运用社会网络分析方法对突破性技术创新进行理论推演和案例释义,阐明结构嵌入和关系嵌入对企业突破性技术创新的协同影响机制。研究结论既可以从网络嵌入视角充实技术创新理论,也可为企业在突破性技术创新过程中制定网络战略提供指导。

Abstract:In the context of open innovation,firms mostly implement technological innovations embedded in the external network.Unfortunately,there is no unanimous conclusion about how network embeddedness influences technological innovation drawn in the extant literatures.In the light of the characteristics of breakthrough technological innovation,consisting of disruptiveness,high uncertainty,high resource dependency,social network analysis method is applied to reveal the synergetic mechanisms how structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness influence breakthrough technological innovation in the way of theoretical deduction and case paraphrase.The conclusions may not only enrich technical innovation theory from the network embeddedness perspective,but also provide a basis for developing enterprise network strategies for breakthrough technological innovation.
