基于接力创新的高校科技成果转化机制研究

采取案例研究方法，通过对典型案例的剖析，揭示高校科技成果转化的接力创新特性。在此基础上，从“高校-企业”接力创新这一新视角，分析高校科技成果转化促进机制，主要包括主动参与机制、利益分配机制、双向协同机制、信息交互机制、对接辅助机制、价值实现机制与环境优化机制。最后，对加速中国高校科技成果转化提出了若干政策建议。

A Study on University Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Mechanism: Based on Relay Innovation

Applying the case study design, this study analyzes the university science and technology achievement transformation characterized by relay innovation based on a typical case study. On this basis, from the new perspective that university science and technology achievement transformation is the relay innovation process of " University-Enterprise", this study explores the facilitating mechanism of the university science and technology achievement transformation, consisting of proactively engaging mechanism, interest allocation mechanism, bidirectional cooperative mechanism, information interactive mechanism, relay supporting mechanism, value creating mechanism and environment optimization mechanism. To accelerate the university science and technology achievement transformation, the corresponding political implications are brought forward.
