我国生态安全研究述评

生态安全是国家安全的基础,是环境管理的一个新方面与新目标;首先剖析了生态安全概念及其相关概念的逻辑关系,得出生态安全是生态系统服务功能、生态系统健康及生态风险的充分而非必要条件;对当前生态安全评价的指标体系及方法进行了评述,总结了国内一些有代表性的评价指标如单因子指标、多因子小综合指标、多因子大综合指标及方法包括数学模型法、景观生态学法、数字生态安全模型法;提出发展的3个方向:静态的现状评价转向动态的预测、预警;与现代科学技术相结合;与基础理论相结合。

Surview and persect for ecological security in China

Ecological security is not only the basis for national security but a new aspect and aim for environment managent. This paper starts with the introduction and analysis on ecological security and correlative properties from which priciple finding is conclued that ecological security is sufficient but not necessary for ecosystem services,ecosystem health and ecological risk. Furthermore,the current assessment indicator system including single index,multi-index on a small scale and multi-index on a large scale is summerized .At the same time,methods such as mathematical model method,Landscape ecological method and digital eco-environment security model method are introducted.Lastly,hot topics in future are mentioned:(1)Transition from static assessment to dynamic warning and predicating assessment;(2)Combination of ecological security and modern science technology;(3)Combination of ecological security and basic theories.
