析世贸组织下中国垄断性产业的放松管制——政策安排与管制机制重构

中国加入世贸组织后,将面对全方位的开放。在开放的格局下,中国垄断性产业将受到不可忽略的影响。为促使垄断性产业在开放环境下的健康发展,中国政府必须对垄断性产业实施放松管制政策。本文围绕中国垄断性产业放松管制政策,对垄断性产业放松管制后管制机制的重构,包括管制主体、管制政策、法规体系等问题进行了分析。

On the Deregulation in China''''s Monopoly Industries under WTO

China will open all-round after entering WTO. Under such situation, the monopoly industries of China will be inevitably influenced. To develop the monopoly industries, the government must implement deregulation policies. This paper analyzes the deregulation policies and the restructuring of regulatory agency including the regulatory entity and the statute's system.
