| 摘 要： | 生态旅游区的建设是当今全球生态环境保护和社会经济发展紧密结合的新走向，也是实施可持续发展战略和深化环境保护的有力措施。在实地考察、收集资料的基础上，对如何开发利用港口湾水库风景区的旅游资源和实现可持续发展进行了探讨，旨在促进当地经济发展和环境保护工作。
