创建有高职教育特色的校内督导机制

摘    要:高校内部督导体制一直是提高高校教育质量的有效手段。如今越来越多的高职院校重视校内督导的作用,用以提高办学水平和教学质量。高职院校要建立有高职特色的校内督导机制,必须从高职教育的特点入手,抓住高职校内督导的核心,建立长效督导机制,在督导内容、督导方式方法等方面下工屯深入基层进行督导,从而取得较好的督导效果,建立有特色的校内督导机制。

Abstract:An Inner superintending system has always been an effective approach for the enhancement of educational quality in universities and colleges,which has caught more and more attention in higher vocational colleges as well.To set up its own system,higher vocational colleges must make clear its own feature,grasp the core problem,set up a long-term mechanism,conduct an in-depth research in the task and approach concerned and produce a unique system.
