| Abstract: | Since enlarging enrollment in 1999, there are more and more postgraduates in colleges and universities. They are no longer the "princes or princesses of China". This essay mainly discusses how to face the employment situation, how to change employment idea and how to improve emplyment strategies for the postgraduates. |
