基于专利地图的江西LED产业分析

以专利地图为分析工具，对全国和江西省的LED产业专利申请总量、申请人构成和IPC分布等进行了比较分析，从技术角度分析了江西的LED产业专利现状以及未来发展方向。结果显示，江西省的LED产业刚起步不久，落后于全国，虽然突破了衬底技术的瓶颈，但更多基础性和扩展新研发有待提高；LED专利的申请主要是关于LED的封装和应用，位于中下游的企业较多，专利申请显现出“专利泡沫”端倪。

Research on LED Industry in Jiangxi Based on Patent Map

Based on patent map, compare domestic with Jiangxi province in patent application amount, the applicant forming, IPC distribution, and others of LED industry. In the view of technology, the patent status and future development direction of LED industry in Jiangxi were ana- lyzed. The results show, Jiangxi LED industry has just started soon, so It is just behind the national. While breaking the substrate technology＇s bottleneck, More basic research needs to be improved and expanded. LED patent application primarily on LED packaging and application, there are more located in the middle and lower reaches of the enterprise. Patent application is also showing ＂patent bubble＂ phenomenon.
