技术贸易壁垒及对策研究

随着传统贸易壁垒受到约束，发达国家纷纷寻求新贸易壁垒对产业实行保护，以技术贸易壁垒为核心的新贸易壁垒正在成为国际贸易壁垒的主体。近年来，我国出口贸易频繁遭受发达国家技术壁垒限制，损失惨重。因此，对技术贸易壁垒相关问题进行研究探讨，分析我国受到技术壁垒限制的原因、特点，并指出应对策略，显得尤为重要。

Research On Technology Trade Barrier and Countermeasures

With the restriction of traditional trade barrier, developed countries look for new trade barrier to protect industries. The new trade barrier which makes technology barrier as its core is becoming the main body of international trade barrier. In recent years, our export trade has been constricted by the technology barrier of developed countries and has been losing a lot. It is very important to analyze the cause and features of our country's being restricted by technology barrier and find out suitable countermeasures.
