| 摘 要： | 本文在对土地生态经济系统的形成、演化进行系统阐述的基础上，进一步揭示土地生态经济系统的良性运行、土地生态经济生产力的维持与土地资源持续利用之间的相互关联，提出地租的生态经济观点并视其为土地资源持续利用的保证。
