金融支持与中国高技术产业自主创新——基于面板数据的实证分析

分别以高技术产业企业年度专利申请数和新产品销售收入来衡量中国高技术产业自主创新能力，运用面板数据模型对2005—2009年大陆地区30个省份的相关数据进行分析，结果显示，在控制了自主创新资械入、人力投入、FDI技术溢出及财政科技支出后，当前我国的金融深化、股票市场和保险发展均对高技术产业自主创新水平的提高产生了明显的推动作用。

Financial Support and Independent Innovation of Chinese High-tech Industry

Based on the number of patent application and the sales revenue of new products,which are normally representatives of innovation ability of high-tech industrial enterprises,this article used the panel data model to study figures of 30 provincial areas of China from 2005 to 2009.The results show that,after the control of capital and labor input of independent innovation,FDI technology spillover,fiscal spending on technology,China’s financial deepening,stock market and insurance development have produced a significant role in raising the level of the high-tech industry of independent innovation.
