一想到蓝莓，脑海里便浮现出胶南乡村的田园风情和清新的种植园，仿佛身边的空气也渐渐有了蓝莓的淡淡香气，似有似无，若隐若现的。

Blueberries Basking in the Sun

Jiaonan is China’s "Town of Blueberries." Located at 120 degrees east and 36 degrees north,in addition to the acid soil and cool ocean climate,Jiaonan is very suitable for the growth of blueberries.The blueberries produced here are feature a delicate pulp,small seeds,fresh fragrance, are moderately sweet and sour and rich in nutrition,making them welcomed by the domestic and foreign consumption markets. Every year,Jiaonan hosts the Blueberry Picking Festival to attract tourists from home and abroad.Unlike the previous ones,the picking festival to be held this year will be on a larger scale and last longer.With a view to making the brand of "Jiaonan Blueberry" more popular,the towns involved in blueberry planting across Jiaonan will jointly host the Blueberry Picking Festival.A principal festival venue will lead several branch venues to host the festival.Moreover,the time of Blueberry Picking Festival will be ahead of the festivals of the previous years,which will attract more tourists and alleviate the pressure of crowding at the blueberry orchards. The principal festival venue this year will be established at Zhangjialou Town, which is honored as the "Little Town of Blueberry" in Jiaonan.Zhangjialou Town is a scenic town.Early June is the season for the first batch of blueberries to be ripe. During this period,while picking blueberries,you can enjoy the warm sunlight in the orchards.
