知识产权保护是维护国家自主创新技术的重要途径之一,也是国家安全的重要屏障.当前,美国无视国际知识产权标准,借构建可信供应链体系之名对华实施技术霸权之举.在此,回顾近20年来美国国家层面实施的可信供应链体系战略部署,分析特朗普时期"变向"的主要原因.基于美国构建可信供应链体系的实施措施和未来走向,评估对中国全球化产业和高新技术发展带来的负面影响.最后从国家和企业两个层面提出应对措施.

Research on the Impact of Building a Trusted Supply Chain System in the United States on China

Intellectual property protection is one of the important ways to maintain the country''s independent innovation technology, and it is also an important barrier to national security. At present, the United States ignored international intellectual property standards and implemented technological hegemony against China in the name of building a trusted supply chain system. Here,reviewed the strategic deployment of trusted supply chain systems implemented at the national level in the United States over the past 20 years, and analyzes the main reasons for the "change" in the Trump era. Based on the implementation measures and future direction of the U.S. Trusted Supply Chain System, the negative impact on China''s globalized industry and high-tech development was evaluated. Finally, some responses were proposed from the national and enterprise levels.
