摘    要:探讨中药产业协同创新组织合作伙伴选择的影响因素,为组织的完善及中药产业技术创新能力的提高提供参考.根据伙伴选择的影响因素提出假设,得到演化博弈收益矩阵,以此构建伙伴选择博弈的复制者动态系统.运用Friedman的局部稳定性分析法判断5个均衡点的稳定性,并分析伙伴选择的动态演化过程.通过演化分析可知:博弈双方投入成本的变化对双方是否合作影响很小;资源投入收益率的增加可以促使双方展开合作;博弈双方资源互补性越大及双方综合实力对比越接近,则双方展开合作的可能性越高.理想的合作伙伴可以使协同创新活动稳定且持续,提高技术创新活动的效率和创新成果产出率.

Abstract:The purpose of it is to explore the influencing factors of partner selection in collaborative innovation organization of TCM, and provide reference for the improvement of organization and technological innovation ability of TCM industry. According to the influencing factors of partner selection, the hypothesis is put forward, and the evolutionary game profit matrix is obtained, so as to construct the replicator dynamic system of partner selection game. Friedman''s local stability analysis method is used to judge the stability of the five equilibrium points, and the dynamic evolution process of partner selection is analyzed.Through the analysis, the change of input cost has little effect on whether the two sides cooperate or not; The increase of the return rate of resource input can promote the cooperation between the two sides; The greater the complementarity of resources and the closer the comparison of comprehensive strength, the higher the possibility of cooperation. The ideal partner can make collaborative innovation activities stable and sustainable, improve the efficiency of technological innovation activities and the output rate of innovation results.
