| 摘 要： | 针对MRCTM闭环供应链模式特点，在BSC框架下，构建了一套闭环供应链绩效评价指标体系；并运用复杂性科学的熵理论与耗散结构理论，探讨了闭环供应链绩效的耗散结构模型并予以分析评价，丰富了闭环供应链的绩效评价理论和方法。

| Abstract: | A performance measurement index system,of which focused on the MRCTM closed-loop supply chain system structure,is set up based on the Balanced Scorecard.Using the theory of entropy and dissipation structure,a new dissipa-tion structure forming model of closed-loop supply chain is established and the entropy value method of evaluation is an-alyzed.The calculated result is discussed which rich the theo-ry and method for the evaluation performance of MRCTM. |
