煤炭洗选企业产品结构方案与经济效益模型分析

摘    要:针对适合地区和企业技术特点确定符合循环经济发展模式的产品生产方案和考虑企业本身生产经济性的研究不足的状况,重点对青海省海北地区的跳汰-浮选工艺选煤企业,基于地区煤质特点,利用产品结构优化三原则进行分析,提出企业产品结构方案;在此基础上,利用系统工程理论建立了多种条件约束下的企业经济利润最大化的经济模型;最后以约束条件为关联,绘制产品结构方案-经济模型关联图。其研究成果可具体指导青海海北地区选煤企业进行产品结构调整和经济效益分析,也为地区行业管理提供理论参考。

Analysis on Product Structure Plan and Economic Benefit Model of Coal Preparation Enterprises

Abstract:According to technical features suitable to the area and enterprises, a product production plan suitable to a circulated economic development mode was determined and an insufficient study condition of the production economy of the enterprise was considered. With an emphasis on the jig-floatation technique coal preparation enterprises, based on the coal quality features of the region, the product structure optimization three principles were applied to analyze the product structure plan of the enterprise. Based on the circumstances, a system engineering theory was applied to establish an economic model of the economic profit maximum for the enterprise under the restriction of multi conditions. Finally with the restricted conditions as a relevancy, a product structure plan- economic model relevance diagram was drawn. The study results could certainly guide the product structure adjustment and economic benefit analysis for the coal preparation plants in Qinghai Haibei Region and could provide theoretical references to the regional industrial management.
