| Abstract: | Based on a state on some main prediction views of the recent coal market, the paper analyzed regularity factors af- fected to the coal prices and a new situation and predicted a tendency of coal and related industrial market from the second half of 2014 to 2015. Under the industrial background, the paper discussed a new round merger and reorganization opportunity of the coal industry and a possibility to improve the concentration degree of the coal industry. Proposals on the merger and re- organization strategy of the coal industry were provided. |
