煤炭企业经济转型研究

当前,煤炭企业面临着严峻的形势,煤价下跌,行业利润率大幅下降,造成这一局面的原因是多方面的,包括煤炭供给量持续增加、有效需求量下降、行业机制不健全等。针对这些存在的问题,一方面需要从煤炭产业的全局角度出发,改善煤炭供求结构,解决煤价形成机制不善、生产自动化程度不高、产业结构单一的问题;另一方面还要从改革煤炭企业自身的经营理念和战略管理水平入手,提升煤炭企业的抗风险能力,最终促使煤炭企业完成转型升级。

Study on Economic Transformation of Coal Enterprises

At present, coal enterprises are faced to a serious situation with a coal price falling and the industrial profit rate highly reduced. Causes to make the situation would be in many aspects, including the coal supply quantity continuously increased, effective demands falling down, improper industrial mechanism and others. According to those existed problems, one required from a view of the whole coal industry should improve the coal supply and demands structure, solve the problems of the improper coal pricing mechanism, the not high production automation level and a single industrial structure and another required from the reform view on the operation idea and strategy management level of the coal enterprises should upgrade the anti-risk ability of the coal enterprises and finally should promote the completed transformation and upgrading of the coal enterprises.
