Discovery and Practices on Fine Management of Jizhong Energy Group

The paper introduced development ideas of a fine management applied in Jizhong Energy Group and analyzed the management and control mode at different development stages and the application of the ＂three centralization and five unification＂ means to the managed and controlled targets, practical significances, implementation way and effect. In combination with the internal development, establishment and promotion of the fine management within the enterprise, four views of ＂management and control required, multi modes, culture（or cultural） and promotion＂ in order to make an approximate reference diagram for the fine management work conducted in the coal industry.
