| 摘 要： | 经济的全球一体化已不可逆转，如何对待外国跨国公司的进入，使外国跨国公司的进入更加有利于国民经济的发展是一个重要的研究课题。文章论证了我国利用跨国公司直接投资的必然趋势，并对我国利用跨国公司直接投资对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | s:The integrated global economy has been already irreversible. It is an important subject for research to how to treat the entry of the foreign trans-corporation, which makes the entry of the foreign trans-corporation favorable to the development of national economy. This text has proved it is the inexorable trend that our country utilizes trans-corporation's direct investment, and it has discussed the countermeasure of utilizing trans-corporation's direct investment in our country. |
