| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了材料节约奖励水平 (或额度 )与材料消耗量之间的一般规律 ,给定了合理的材料消耗定额和最佳奖励水平的概念。通过某煤矿的实际分析与研究 ,建立了该煤矿奖励水平与材料消耗量之间的定量关系模型。以经济效益最大化为目标 ,科学定量地确定了该矿材料节约的最佳奖励水平及合理的材料消耗定额。

| Abstract: | In this article, a general principle is discussed governing the relationship between rewarding levels for material frugality and material consumption. The concepts of optimum rewarding level and rational material consumption are delimited. As a case study, a guantitative model is established for a coal mine, with maximization of economic profit as the objective. |
