《朱兰质量手册》的研究与发现

朱兰在写作《质量控制手册》过程中所确立和遵循的四个“规范”,是构成质量管理学“范式”的重要内容。本文追述了朱兰长达半个世纪的写作、修改过程,说明“规范”的内容和意义,建议要从“手册”以及写作过程中吸取丰富的科学内涵。

The Research and Discovery of Juran''''s Quality Handbook

The four rules which Juran established and observed in the process of writing Quality Control Handbook are important contents of quality management paradigms. This paper reviews the process of writing and revision in the fifty years, and describes the contents and significance of the rules. We suggest that quality professionals absorb the rich and scientific intension of the Handbook and the writing process.
