| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省农村失业问题在表层上虽然同中国其他农村有着共同点,但在有些方面有其自身的特点,主要表现在大量的隐蔽性失业、突出的季节性失业和入世的严重冲击等方面。深层地分析黑龙江省农村失业问题的成因,通过加强对黑龙江省农村失业人口的统计,加快调整黑龙江省农村产业结构,发展黑龙江省乡镇企业,提高黑龙江省农民素质,摸索一条解决黑龙江省农村失业问题的道路。

| Abstract: | In Heilongjiang Province rural unemployment has some features different from that in the other places of China,such as more hidden unemployment,seasonal employment,and the WTO pressure,etc.This paper proposes a strategy to cope with this problem by making the precise unemployment statistics,improving rural insurance,adjusting industry structure,and enhancing the rural education level. |
