| 摘 要： | 对市场行为主体信用的管理是维护和稳定经济秩序的基础性工作。本文从信用的价值分析出发,探讨和研究了理性主体在经济活动过程中恪守诚信原则的外部条件,从理论上阐明了社会信用体系和社会法律体系对市场秩序管理的作用和机理。

| Abstract: | Supervision on the credit of market dealers is the basic work for setting up good market order. This article analyses the outside conditions under which the reasonable market dealers stick to the credit rules. And the article also discloses the mechanisms of the social credit system and legal system in the market order keeping. |
