| 摘 要： | 物流融资是银行与物流企业合作开展的新型物流增值服务业务，是广义概念。本文从物流企业的角度分析物流融资，即质押监管业务。在分析质押监管业务的发源和界定以及开展的合法性基础上，重点讨论了质押监管业务的开展模式，并探讨开展过程中可能遇到的风险和相关控制方法。
