浅谈县级供电企业做好节能降耗工作

To Discuss on Accomplishing Works of Saving Energy and Reducing Consumption in County-level Power Supplying Enterprises

In order to achieve the development goal of reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP by 20% in the eleventh five-year plan period （2006 - 2010）, Hebei Electric Power Company established the ＂Eleven Five Years＂ development planning for power marketing during the ＂eleventh Five-year Plan＂. It was noted both that the growth mode of the national economy will change to ＂low-input, high-yield, low-consumption, low emissions, able to cycle, and sustainable development＂, which fully shows the importance and urgency of energy saving and consumption reduction. According to the practical situation of county-level power supply enterprises, it is illustrated in this article how to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, which will lay a solid foundation for the realization of the ＂Eleven Five Years＂ targets.
