This paper has analyzed the effects of transnational capital to Guangdong＇s industry by demonstration, and draw a conclusion that the entry of transnational capital has positive correlation with industrial concentration degree in Guangdong, but the positive correlation effect is not notable. Under the circumstances of low - concentration and dispersing competition of market structure, it can be one of important actions to concentrate the market properly to promote the ＂INCa＇ investment to Guangdong.
