| 摘 要： | 在当前的国际银行并购浪潮下，我国应结合经济发展和对外开放的进程以及银行业自身的发展现状，制定相应的并购战略。从产权制度、资本市场和管理体系三方面构建我国银行业并购的系统环境。实施近期、中期、远期并购的战略。

| Abstract: | At the tide of the present international banking M&A,we should correspend strategy on banking M&A in combining of not only the actual condition of our country and the course of opening into the outside world,but also the present development situation of banking of our country.In the paper the authors firstly set forth the actual sense of Banking M&A of our country.Secondly,the authors discuss constructing the systemic condition of Banking M&A of our country.Finally,the authors bring forward the strategic imagination of Banking M&A of our country. |
