| 摘 要： | When we call SMS thumb economy, this new industrial chain has been established successfully. Then the SMS market becomes larger and larger, which makes it more attractive for many carriers and providers.Many enterprises participate in SMS market. Among them some enterprises may use nonstandard operating method to make profit as much as they can, which violates the interests of other participators and customers. In the condition, the official document to standardizing SMS market and its development is released by Mll,which is expected to solve successfully those existing problems during the SMS development.
