中小白酒企业品牌战略规划解析

摘    要:成功的品牌战略规划至少要解决三个问题:即要解决“品牌现在怎么样”、“品牌将来怎么样”、“品牌如何由现在到将来”的问题。文章通过对河北W酒业品牌诊断剖析,对W酒业的品牌定位、品牌核心概念以及品牌推广作出详细的阐释,明确回答了品牌的三个问题。对资源有限的中小白酒企业如何做大做强也有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:A successful brand strategy plan can solve three problems at least.They are "how the brand now","how is the brand in future","how the brand develope from the present to the future".By analyzing W liquor industry brand in Hebei province,This article makes detailed explanation of the W liquor industry brand localization,the brand core concept as well as the brand promotion,explicitly answers three questions of the brand.It has certain model function to the resources-limited small white liquor enterprise
