| 摘 要： | 除了发展饭店集团之外，组建饭店联合体也是实现单体饭店联合的一种有效手段。本文通过分析饭店联合体的定义、存在的客观必然性，以及饭店联合体对于我国的特殊意义，提出了我国发展饭店联合体的一些具体建议。
