| 摘 要： | 本文从落实科学发展观、充分利用国内外两个市场、两种资源、拓展发展空间以及更好地处理内需与外需、利用外资与利用内资关系等角度论述统筹国内发展和对外开放的蕴涵,并从发展国民经济全局和实现现代化战略目标出发提出统筹国内发展和对外开放应采取"4个相结合"的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The potential applications and current development as well as key technologies are analyzed based on the characteristics of ultra wideband(UWB). It is pointed that there are many tasks to be studied, including the regulations and standards, the choice of signal, the problem of anti-interference, the technology of transmission and reception as well as the development of integrated circuit. Finally, the foreground is expected. |
