| Abstract: | This article introduces the goal,substantiation,preparation,spatial layout and development regulation measures of the B-plan IM RAISER(former grenadier barrack),which has been considered a detailed case of modern German urban planning process to develop welfare housing projects.The characteristics of this kind of development,which include the emphasis on social equity and sustainable development,have been summarized finally. |
