| 摘 要： | 人才服务业,指的是以满足人才和用人单位有关人才资源开发过程中的各种需求,并为其提供相应效用的活动为主要特征的服务部类。经过20多年的发展,我国人才服务业在规模、对象、内容、手段、合作、监管方面都取得了跨越式的发展,但也存在产业综合竞争力不强、公共服务体系不健全、从业人才素质较差等方面的问题。面对未来,加快人才服务业发展,必须从加快发展人才服务产业、完善人事人才公共服务、加强对人才服务业的宏观调控与监督管理、提高人才服务从业人员的职业化与专业化水平4个方面切入。
