在论述农业综合开发与水利治理关系的基础上 ,提出江苏省农业综合开发中水利工程建设标准 ,包括灌溉、除涝、降渍、田间工程和建筑物配套五个方面 .根据自然条件的差异 ,将全省划分为淮北平原、里下河、沿江高沙土、沿海和丘陵五个区域 ,分别论述各区域的水利建设重点、沟渠路布置形式和规格 ,以及分区治理适宜模式

Water Conservancy Measures for Comprehensive Agricultural Development

Based on the relation between comprehensive agricultural development and water resources regulation, the standards for the construction of water resources projects in Jiangsu Province are put forward, including irrigation, water logging control, groundwater table decrease, field engineering, and conveyance system. In terms of differences in natural conditions, Jiangsu Province is divided into five regions. For each region, the focal point of water conservancy project construction, the layout and size of ditches, canals, and roads, and the suitable pattern of regulation are described respectively.
