| 摘 要： | 科技创新人才是区域经济社会发展的核心要素,科技创新人才已经超越物质资本成为最具价值、最为稀缺的资源,是提升一个区域乃至一个城市竞争力的根本所在。对广州市越秀区科技创新人才发展现状进行了分析评价,指出创新人才发展面临的主要瓶颈,提出科技创新人才队伍建设的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation talents are the essential factor of regional economic and social development. Technological innovation talents beyond material capital to become the most valuable, even the scarcest resource, are to improve the competitiveness of a region or even a city. The article analyzes the development situation of technological innovation talents in yuexiu district, indicates the main bottleneck that technological innovation talents need to face, and puts forward the development ideals of technological innovation talents construction. |
