资本市场发展与上海科创中心建设的协同效应研究

资本市场多层次化和科创中心建设是上海近年经济和政策的主要导向。研究发现,两者能互相产生积极的正外部效应：一方面,资本市场完善有助于科技型公司的建立及融资,另一方面,科技进步也会鼓励金融创新的产生。借助协同理论思想,对两者间的协同效应进行探究,同时分析了上海当前众创空间的现状和不足,并将张江高新技术产业园区与美国的硅谷作比较,从建立条件、发展现状、政府政策等方面对比优势与差距,最后提出一些建议。

Research on Synergistic Effects of Capital Market Development and Shanghai Branch Center Construction

The Multi-levelled Development of Capital Market and Construction of Branch Center are main policy orientation of Shanghai. Findings show that both of them makes positive external effects on each other: on the one hand, perfection of capital market will help the establishment and financing of technology firms, on the other hand, these firms can also encourage financial innovation. Drawing support from the Synergy theory, the study analyses current situation and deficiency of the Maker Space in Shanghai and compares the Zhangjiang High-tech Park with silicon valley from establishment conditions, development situations, government policies and so on. Suggestions are given at the last part.
