后危机时代流通体制变革的新思考

国际金融危机之后,在新的世界经济形势下,必须用国际的视野、世界的眼光、全球性的战略思维考虑流通的战略定位.美国的核心竞争力主要表现在它的现代流通竞争力上.中国要从经济大国向经济强国迈进,必须提高流通竞争力,使流通竞争力成为国家的核心竞争力,成为国家的软实力.现代流通是囊括有形要素禀赋与无形要素禀赋的流通,是面向全球市场、全开放的流通,是涵盖生产、流通全过程的流通,是以消费为起点、周而复始的社会化大生产过程,而物流越来越成为流通中的决定性力量.必须从内外贸分割、国内外分割、城乡分割、部门分割的误区中走出来,用全新的视角来诠释现代流通理论.文章提出,随着整个世界经济格局的变化、我国经济政策的调整、宏观经济形势的变化,未来流通体制必将产生根本性的变化,不断向国内外流通一体化、区域流通一体化、城乡流通一体化、制造业与流通一体化、现代流通立体化和混沌化方向发展.现代流通将成为引领我国转变经济运行方式和经济增长方式的重要力量;资本流通方式、商品流通方式、服务流通方式等都将实现整体的再造;整个流通理论也将产生整体创新,引领整个流通领域健康发展.
