论社会资本视角的企业创新合作

社会资本是指基于结构、网络关系而形成的资源集合。从社会资本的角度看，企业进行创新合作的一个基本目的，就是利用他人资源来提高自身能力，是对企业社会资本的一种运用；企业创新合作的形成是企业与合作伙伴之间创新关系网络的建立，也就是企业社会资本的形成与获取；企业创新合作的实践是这种关系网络的发展和完善，表现为企业社会资本的深化与累积。而合作伙伴之间基于创新合作关系而形成的社会资本如诚信、规范等，又为合作创新的顺利实施提供了现实保障。

An Analysis of Enterprise Innovation Cooperation from the Angle of Social Capital

Social capital is the resources based on structure and relationship network. From the angle of social capital,making use of social capital to improve enterprise technical level is the purpose of enterprise innovation cooperation;the forming of cooperation innovation means the building of the relationship network among the cooperative enterprises and the forming of the social capital;the practice of innovation cooperation develops the relationship network and the social capital.
