人力资本、组织成本和企业规模的因果分析

摘    要:交易费用经济学强调经济组织在于节省交易费用,适度企业规模则应该确定于企业内部组织成本与外部市场交易费用的大小比较之中。在企业组织成本中,除了对物资资本的管理而发生的成本以外,还包括人力资本交易所发生的成本,后者由于其三大特性——私权性、专用性和群体性,而更为微妙与复杂。本文通过阐述人力资本特性与企业组织成本的关系以及组织成本与企业规模的关系,说明人力资本特性与企业规模存在因果关系。

Abstract:Transaction cost economics emphasizes that organization can save transaction cost,so the proper firm scale should be obtained by the compare between the organization cost inside the firm and the transaction cost outside the firm. Among the organization cost,there is cost generated from the human capital transaction besides the cost generated from material management,and it would be more complex because of its three great characteristics: privateness,specialization and collectiveness. This article tries to explain the causality between the characteristics of human capital and the firm scale by analyzing of the relation between characteristics of human capital and the organization cost,and the one between the organization cost and firm scale.
