基于区域经济合作的人力资源开发与整合研究

人力资源作为知识经济时代的“第一资源”是区域经济合作的主要内容,也直接影响到区域经济乃至国民经济的可持续发展。然而,中国基于区域经济合作的人力资源开发与整合尚处于起步阶段,因而存在着很多问题。本文在分析这个问题的基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

Development and Integration of the Human Resource Based On the Regional Economic Cooperation

As the first resource in era of knowledge - driven economy, the human resource is the main content of the regional economic cooperation, it also influences the sustainable development of regional economy and even the national economy directly. However, since the development and integration of the human resource based on regional economic cooperation in China is still at the starting stage, there are lots of questions. This text puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of analyzed questions.
