| 摘 要： | 文章在分析传统采购管理不足的基础上，指出在供应链管理模式下采购的观点，并分析了供应商管理的流程．认真分析评价指标体系构建时需要考虑的因素．指出在构建评价指标体系应根据实际情况制定企业评价供应商的指标体系，另外，由于没有一种普遍适用的评价方法。提出了评价方法的综合利用及具体评价流程。
