| 摘 要： | 第三方物流是20世纪末新兴的产业，是现代物流的主要组织形式，其中商业中的地位和作用已日益体现。第三方物流的生命力不是基于传统的商业交易，而是以一种全新的方式与合作伙伴共同获得效益。文章从中国第三方物流发展概况入手，对其中存在的一些问题进行了较为深入地分析，并对相应的发展对策进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Third Party Logistics is the new-type industry in the late 20th century,it's also the main organizational type of the modern logistics.The status and its function have emerged.The vitality of TPL is not based on the traditional commerce,but jointly gain the benefit with the corporative fellow in a new method.In this paper,we discuss from the development survey of TPL and make deeper analysis of the current problems,then expound the relevant development countermeasures. |
