| Abstract: | Compensation for infringement of personal right is an important component of compensation law. At present theories concerning this issue are not accurately understood and lack a definite legal provision. Therefore, it is quite necessary to make a critical examination of the object and the extend of compensation for infringement of personal right and the requisites to constitute the compensation. Only after the crux of the problems has been found out, can a corresponding solution be possibly worked out. |
